How It Works
1. Submit Your Request
Fill out the quick online form below with your exam details. This tells us everything we need to know about your online exam/training.
2. Approval & Setup
Our team reviews your request to make sure that the online exam or platform the candidates will use is compatible and that your needs meet our criteria for the service. If approved, we begin setting up your exam in our system and reach out to you with any additional info we need.
3. Get Your Scheduling Link
Your candidates (or you, if you’re the test taker) schedule and pay online through a simple, secure process. Each candidate is then sent instructions and a unique link to check in on the day of their session.
4. Live Proctoring Session
Candidates use the link they're sent via email to check into their exam. A professional proctor monitors the session in real time for compliance with the provided rules, with a secure recording of their camera streams and screen activity.
5. Confirmation of Completion
Once all scheduled sessions are completed or the exam scheduled exam window has ended, you’ll receive official documentation of a valid proctored exam. For groups, the instructor or manager is sent a report on the status of all candidates.
