“My role in remote proctoring has always involved onboarding clients, establishing guidelines for success, and working to continually improve the quality of service, but I feel most of the industry has been stagnant,” Calvin shared. “There is so much room for innovation in securing online exams, but most companies aren’t pushing the envelope.
